The source code for our products is 100% GPL. Which in plain English means that you can do whatever you want with it, you own it and is for lifetime.
You may visit our Site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our themes or products you will be required to register for an account. When creating an account we will collect your name and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit your PayPal or credit card information to our third party payment processors. We may also ask you for additional information if necessary.
Our themes are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. They are in total compliance with standards of that license as well as with WordPress. Our products are not compatible with the WordPress.com blogging community. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform obtained from WordPress.org.
Support is provided for any theme purchased from ZThemes for a year after the purchase date (Themes purchased in Themeforest will be supported for 6 months free, you can purchase ‘Extend support to 12 months’.). You can send help at Contact Page: here .
We do not provide support for:
- Our free themes (except bugs and free updates);
- The use or issues arising from the use of 3rd party plugins;
- Troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 9.
- Installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
We will answer all support questions within 24-48 hours(Monday – Friday) or faster. We are located in Asia (GMT+7) .
All themes are developed for the latest browser versions. This includes Internet Explorer 11 and latest versions of Chrome Firefox, Safari and Edge. Although the theme may still work with older browser versions, we cannot guarantee this will continue to work with future theme updates.
Currently our themes are designed to function properly with WordPress 4.5 and higher. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the situation. We also cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or WordPress properly.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All themes are property of ZThemes. All themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
